This is different
from deregistering the MS from the preferred system. Subsequent pages will be tried over
the non-preferred system and when it fails, retries the call over the preferred system as the
MS has not yet performed an explicit deregistration and the registration timer has not
expired as yet.
Supporting mobility between CS, IMS/WLAN and IMS/WWAN domains with two private
identities with domain registration with VCC
There are two parts to the VCC feature: 1) the domain registration and 2) active call
transfer between the two domains. It is possible for only the domain registration to be
supported initially without supporting the active call transfers.
This scenario describes the behavior of the MS moving between IMS/WLAN and
IMS/WWAN domains and the domain the MS is paged for MS terminated calls. The MS
has a single public identity with dual private identities, is registered over the CS,
IMS/WLAN and the IMS/WWAN domains with a single public identity and dual private
identities. The MS prefers the IMS/WLAN domains and monitors only the IMS/WLAN
domain. The preferred order of technologies for voice is IMS/WLAN followed by
IMS/WWAN, which followed by CS.
